| Meeting called to order at 12:10 by Linda Labor, President 16 members present Discussion about having an Events Coordinator - Rick Thorpe volunteered. Discussion help about moving to different meeting place since Linda will be moving back into her Punta Gorda office. Linda spoke with Dan at Beef O'Brady's about changing our meeting to the 3rd Thursday social at Beef O'Brady's since we are consistently there and have fairly good turnout. Yale gave a report on CERT training and let us know that Harbour Heights is offering another class. Please check with Yale for dates and more info. Brent volunteered his place for a November wrenching party/Bonfire on the 18th. For now this date is only tentative and we will let everyone know later on. Saturday, November 4th is the Poker Run. See Kevin for more details. Decals and new shirts are for sale. Business cards are now available thanks to Jerry Kecken. Socials for month of October are as follows: October 12th - Applebee's, North Port October 19th - Beef O'Brady's, Port Charlotte October 26th - Harpoon Harry's, Punta Gorda November 2nd - Rib City, Venice These dates will be posted on the website. Upcoming Events October - Joint night ride with Caloosa on the 14th. Jeeptoberfest in Ocala 10/27 - 10/29. Check with Colleen for lodging. Bring club shirts.
