  • Linda received an email from a friend of Todd Crawfords'.  We now have written
permission to ride on 10 acres of land in North Port.  The location starts at the corner of
Toledo Blade Boulevard and Price Boulevard.  Members will need to keep a signed copy
of the permission in their Jeep.  Katie has the copies and contact her if you need some.
Basic rules to follow when there are not to leave trash, leave big trees alone, police the
area while out there for people behaving badly and respect the builder's equipment.  Todd
has offered to the company that owns the land that if there are cars, boats, etc out there
that we can bring to an area that a wrecker can come in to get that we would help with
that.  It will help the owners and give us goodwill with them as well.

  • Rick will be contacting Dan Stewart of Caloosa Jeep Club about getting together and help
re-open riding and camping at Avon Park for the Jeep Clubs.

  • Linda re-iterated the importance of riding two or more Jeeps when traveling a distance for
    safety reasons.
