| Meeting was led by Yale Houghton, President Meeting Start Time: 8:08pm Meeting Stop Time: 8:58pm 12 members present Officers present were Yale, Tod, Kerri and Katie Kerri gave the treasurer's report Yale talked about the Eastern Jeep Safari the weekend of March 28th with us co-hosting with Caloosa Jeep Club The Spring Scramble will be April 18-20th in Ocala. They will be doing an extreme makeover for someone. Yale is going to add Paypal to the website so we can do donations or have members pay dues. The sign for Morris Mountain was approved using option A (top) so we can add our logo and/or other graphics to it before we put it up. We need to have a new Meet and Greet committee set up. We need to move our meetings to a non-restaurant setting so we will be trying it at the Regions Bank/Charlotte County Library Parking lot under the trees on Sunday, March 9th at 10:00am. Kevin Way has agreed to be the Trail Ride Scout / Events Coordinator Brent to check on glove box stuffers for us to use at the Jeep dealership and Tod will check with Douglas an Palm to see if they will let us stuff the Jeeps with our flyers, etc. The next social will be at Sonic in North Port on February 28th @ 7pm |
